Matthew is a professional actor and performer, having worked in both the UK and abroad. He has worked in Film, TV, Radio, and Stage on a wide variety of projects. He is currently appearing in the Royal National Theatre production of 'War Horse', playing at the New London Theatre.

 

Matthew is represented by TCG Artist Management Ltd & Vocal Point. TCG Artist Management, Matthew's Theatrical Agent, was first established in 1998. Kristin Tarry heads the agency assisted closely by Johnny Muller, Cal Griffiths and Jackie Davis. Based in the heart of London's Theatreland, the agency has built a solid client list and an outstanding reputation within the acting industry. Vocal Point, a VoiceOver Agency has been providing top quality Vocal talent to the industry for over ten years, and continues to go from strength to strength.

 

Matthew trained at the Central School of Speech and Drama on the BA (Hons) Acting course specialising in Collaborative and Devised Theatre. Prior to his time at Central, Matthew undertook training intensives at London's Globe Theatre and worked extensively with Leicestershire Youth Arts; Managing, Directing and Performing with them for several years at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival. He also performed in several seasons at the Haymarket Theatre and the Little Theatre in Leicester.

 

Matthew teaches on a freelance basis on the Short Courses at the Central School of Speech and Drama, supports the full time teaching staff during peak times in the year (auditions, showcases, etc...) and acts as a Mentor for several BA (Hons) Acting students in their final year of training offering advice and support.
